Return Window ⏳
We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility ✅
- Items must be in the same condition you received them. Used/vintage hardware may have cosmetic wear as described in the product listing.
- Include all accessories listed (controllers, chargers, cables, games) where applicable.
- Non-returnable: consumables (e.g., batteries once opened), download codes, items explicitly marked “final sale”.
Return Process 📦
- Email Contact@YoungMGames.com with your order ID and reason.
- We’ll provide an RMA and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack securely and ship within 7 days of RMA approval. If your reason is reasonable, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds & Disputes 💳
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. If your item arrived damaged or not as described, contact us first—we’ll make it right. Card chargebacks slow resolution; we prefer to resolve directly through our support team.
Cancellations ❌
Orders can be canceled before shipment. If an order has already shipped, please initiate a return instead.
Exchanges 🔁
If a replacement unit is available, we can offer an exchange. Otherwise, we'll issue a refund.
Warranty 🛡️
We offer a 1-Year Warranty with our consoles. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. If your console experiences issues covered under warranty, please contact us at Contact@YoungMGames.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
